Every rental includes a helmet, a phone holder, and basic roadside support via WhatsApp. We also provide a brief orientation on the bike and local traffic tips. Oil changes every 1,000 km are required and cost about $3–5 at any local mechanic.
No, we never hold your passport. We require a cash deposit that varies by bike type (typically 5–10 million VND). The full deposit is returned when you bring the bike back in good condition.
