Rented a bike off them in HCMC with the intention of riding to Hanoi. I had a quick check of the bike and as we were travelling 2 up I wanted some changes to setup. They changed the oil, replaced the front wheel bearing, adjusted the chain, bleed and topped up brake fluid — most of a service — and let us change the seat also. I did a short test ride and was happy with the bike. We spent 14 days covering 2000km travelling to Hue. Contact was via WhatsApp or email, a reply was returned within 5 to 15 min. I informed him of our change of destination and shortly afterwards he had arranged a drop off in Hue. On my arrival at the new drop-off bike shop was an envelope of cash waiting for me (returned deposit). Everyone was happy and friendly, we shook hands and off we went. Very smooth hassle-free experience, 100% recommended.

Great place! They helped us rent a large motorcycle for a trip around the country! It turns out Vietnam is a haven for scooters and other things under 150cc. Finding anything more serious is very difficult. The owner found a Honda CB 500X. My wife and I rode over 1,000 km from south to north. Everything went smoothly. The owner was always in touch. The deposit was returned without any problems.

Everything was sorted out perfectly via WhatsApp. I was able to pay in euros at a fair rate and didn't have to leave my passport, just a deposit which varies depending on what you're renting. Mine was 8 million VND, or about €260, which I got back later without any problems. The moped was in perfect condition. Highly recommended. One thing to mention: if you're doing a lot of driving, you have to get an oil change every 1000 km. It's mentioned somewhere in the contract. It costs about €3-5 here in Vietnam, so it's not a big deal.
